Crème Brulée
Rezept vom Küchenchef Giovani Oosters, BelgienZutaten:
- 1/2 l Sahne
- 4 Eier
- 40g Tagatesse®
- 1 Vanilleschote, der länge nach halbiert und ausgeschabt oder einen Teelöffel Vanillepulver

Boil the cream with the vanilla. Stir the egg yolks with the Tagatesse, add the cream and add the vanilla.
Place this mixture into small dishes. Put them in a bowl and place in a preheated oven at 140°C. Fill the pan with water and bake for 35 minutes.
